Fortnightly technique workshops followed by a full HYROX 101 workout. Learn it. Drill it. Train it. Every session has a purpose — no filler, no fluff.

S30 Track Nights
Weekly run sessions at ES Marks Athletics Field led by Coach Amy. Build race pace speed, running efficiency, and the mental toughness to hold form when it hurts.

Full HYROX Simulation
One full race-day rehearsal before Melbourne. All stations, fully timed, race conditions. Find out exactly where you stand before it counts.

01Who is HYROX Academy for?
Anyone who has a HYROX Melbourne event booked, is considering competing, or wants to train with intention rather than guesswork. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned HYROX athlete, the Academy is built around getting you race-day ready.
02I'm already an S30 member. Can I join?
Yes. Members pay $35 per week, bundled to your normal billing cycle. Non-members pay $890 all inclusive — which includes a 3-Peat membership at S30 for the 10-week period.
03What's included in the $890?
10 weeks of structured HYROX programming, weekly HYROX 101 sessions, fortnightly technique workshops, weekly S30 Track nights, 2 x weekly strength sessions, weekly open gym access, full HYROX Simulation, performance tracking, WhatsApp community, weekly accountability check-ins, and a limited edition S30 tee.
04Is there an info night?
Yes. Come to our Info Night this Friday 18 September at 6pm — both Surry Hills and Edmondson Park are hosting. We'll walk you through the program, answer every question, and help you decide if it's right for your HYROX prep.
05When does it start?
