THIRTY is our Winter Challenge designed to keep you strong, steady and supported through the colder months. 30 days of building habits that stick; across training, nutrition, recovery and mental wellbeing.

This isn't about perfection. It's about showing up every single day.

Daily Movement
S30 class, run, or at-home workout. Move your body every single day. 30–45 mins daily.

Nutrition
Follow a meal plan of your choice. Nutrition guidelines and macro targets supplied. Track with MyFitnessPal.

Daily Recovery
Stretch, sauna, ice bath, massage or yoga. Recovery is non-negotiable. 10–30 mins daily.

Mental Wellbeing
Reading, gratitude, journalling or meditation. Train your mind too. 10–20 mins daily.

2 PTS / DAY
Nutrition
Follow your meal plan every day × 30. Nutrition guidelines and macro splits supplied. Track your intake with MyFitnessPal.
2 PTS / DAY
Daily Recovery
Stretch, sauna, ice bath, massage or yoga. 10–30 mins. Consistency is key — even 10 minutes makes a difference.
2 PTS / DAY
Mental Wellbeing
Reading, gratitude, journalling or meditation. 10–20 mins. Calm the nervous system and build mental resilience.
1 PT / DAY EACH
No Alcohol · No Vaping · No Doomscrolling
Each commitment earns 1 pt per day. Nail all three and that’s 3 bonus pts daily on top of your pillars.
3 PTS / WEEK
Weekly Reflection
Coaches send a weekly check-in to complete. Helps you celebrate progress and improve where you’re finding it tough. 4 weeks × 3 pts.
10 PTS BONUS
Powerlifting Comp — Sat 27 June
Members Competition. Prove what 30 days of training has built. Step on the platform and test your strength.

Movie Night — Fri 3 July
