S30 sessions are built on the signature WEIGHT, TEMPO, TIME method. Heavy lifting on A Block, Tempo work on B Block, and high volume on C Block.
Training efficiently and with intention, S30's programming  ensures members of all ages and abilities will always walk out of a session feeling challenged, and notice and see proper results in their training.

A focused 30-day challenge designed to reset your habits, both physically and mentally; through discipline, consistency and community.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

6 x S30 classes per week
•Stretch & Recover every Sunday
• Double the sweat: one class daily + your own movement (walk, run, yoga, pilates, swim etc)
• Hydration target: 4L per day
• Read 10 pages daily
• Daily check-in for accountability
• Events included throughout the challenge
